Terms and Conditions of Use 981kis Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 981kis platform – whether through the official website at 981kis.net, the Android or iOS mobile app, or any other digital channel provided by 981kis – you hereby fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to immediately stop using the 981kis platform. Continued use after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use 981kis services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority under applicable local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a country or jurisdiction where the use of the 981kis platform is prohibited or restricted by law.
• Never been declared bankrupt or subject to any legal restrictions that prevent you from conducting online financial transactions.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 981kis. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual — even under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as on your ID, an active mobile number, and a valid email address. This information is used for identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 981kis will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Use a strong and unique password for your 981kis account.
• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
• Report to the 981kis support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

981kis accepts deposits via multiple legitimate payment methods, including local bank transfers through FPX, major Malaysia e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform's deposit page. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Successful deposits will be automatically credited to your account shortly after the transaction is confirmed. If your deposit has not been credited within 10 minutes, please contact the 981kis customer support team with your transaction proof for follow-up.

For withdrawals, your account must have completed the full KYC verification process. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as your 981kis account. 981kis does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–15 minutes for e-wallet methods, 1–3 hours for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours may be processed on the next business day.
• 981kis reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving large or unusual withdrawals.

5Bonuses & Promotions

981kis offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, deposit bonuses, cashback, and other seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements (rollover) and specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

General terms applicable to all 981kis bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before withdrawals from a bonus balance are permitted.
• 981kis reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts, hedge betting, or other unauthorized methods will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the 981kis platform are governed by their respective specific rules, available within each game. Game results generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.

For Live Casino games, results announced by the live dealer are final. Any dispute relating to a live game must be filed within 24 hours of the relevant session ending, accompanied by the session number or game time for investigation purposes.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on 981kis system records, which are considered accurate and final.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any assistive tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7Member Responsibilities

As a 981kis member, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the applicable laws in your place of residence. 981kis makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the 981kis platform:

• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of 981kis.
• Using any third-party software that modifies or interferes with the standard gaming experience.
• Cheating, deceiving, or abusing the platform's payment or bonus systems.
• Communicating in an offensive, threatening, or harassing manner toward support staff or other members.
• Sharing or selling access to your 981kis account to any third party.

8Account Suspension & Termination

981kis reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for account termination include:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Identity fraud or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Bonus or promotion abuse.
• Involvement in suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Termination request initiated by the member.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, 981kis reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including cash, bonuses, and pending winnings. 981kis's decision in such matters is final.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 981kis customer support team. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal after all reviews are completed.

9Liability Limits

The 981kis platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, 981kis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.

981kis does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be error-free at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable. 981kis will endeavour to provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance whenever possible.

10Changes to Terms and Conditions

981kis reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page with an updated date.
